My First Visit

Frequently asked questions about your first visit

Do I need to bring anything?

Comfortable clothes to move around in and a positive attitude. We’ll provide everything else you need.

What if I need help while I’m in the gym?

During your first visit you’ll have a coach alongside you the whole time. Moreover, you’ll become accustomed to frequent interaction with the coaching staff over the course of subsequent visits.

I’m disabled; will I have problems getting into the Gym?

Nope. Our facilities offer wheel chari access and a coaching staff that is experienced with working with disabled clients.

Can I trial the Gym before joining?

Absolutely. Fill out our trial interest form here to get started.

Can I freeze my membership?

You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months at a time, once every 12 months.
